Do you ever get that feeling of watching something being done and thinking I can do that but better? Not just better for ourselves but better for everyone. Well we did exactly that and the idea of SmashRaffle was born.
SmashRaffle is run by two lifelong friends who have a massive passion for all things Tech, Engineering and Auto but ultimately getting the most out of life. We have literally lived and breathed these industry’s from a young age working with the some of the worlds most expensive cars and helping build components for some of the fastest. When we like to escape from our work we have always invested our time in trying out some of the coolest gadgets to do with gaming, drone flying, music, travelling etc etc . You name it we have probably messed around with it but to be honest even with age we hope this never changes.
This places us perfectly in position to utilize great knowledge in picking our prizes and of course utilizing some of the world class customer service we have provided for many years for other people but this time for SmashRaffle, our own brand and of course our opportunity to make a lot of people happy.
As much as we would like everyone to have to chance to win we do have a few limits.

We really do feel passionate about giving people a fair opportunity and know that for many people winning some of our awesome prizes will be life changing. With that in mind, having been participants in similar competitions ourselves in the past and asking similar questions , we really want to stress on the importance of being genuine to our customers but also genuine to ourselves. We really do want to make some great memories with our future plans and the more of you we can please, ultimately means its more likely to happen.

Keep it random!
When a competition has finished the correctly answered entry’s data such as name and (backup) ticket number(s) will be collected from our entries and exported directly (or manually entered in the case of postal entries) into our spreadsheet database.
We will then use an independent external picking company (Random Picker) to pick our winners for us. This is done by uploading the entry lists to their website where they will award each entry with its own randomly applied ticket number. The draw will then be carried out by them but triggered by us for an agreed and communicated time via our Facebook page. As a further step in documenting the process we will be adding entry lists to our Facebook page so you can check for your entry, a link to Random picker where you can also check the entry list and a link to the live draw on Random Pickers website itself.
We will also live stream the draw on the random picker site via our Facebook page.
In the case of a situation where Random Picker is unavailable then we will use the tried and tested Google number generator livestreamed on our Facebook page, with at least three test runs all live streamed to give complete transparency and assurance in our random picking practice. This will be done using the backup ticket numbers issued to you via your purchase email receipts.
Saving the best till last, we then will be contacting the winner directly and arrange for delivery.
No you can not buy all of them.
To put it simply a maximum of 30 tickets per competition as this keeps it more of a level playing field and also allows us to fulfil our obligation to the UK gambling commission. We may at times reduce/Increase this number especially on a competition with a low number of total tickets which will be capped by our system automatically or keeps us inline with regulation.
You can’t say fairer than that.
If a competition does not sell out, we would aim to end it there and give you guys a better chance of winning.
This is our aim.
However, being a freshly squeezed company (2020) and in order to protect our long term aims of delivering smiles to many more people in the future, we will be reserving the right to extend the time.
All entrants will be notified of any time extensions by way of our social media presence, website information update or direct email.
We really do aim to never apply this and can only hope for your patience and understanding in what is our company’s fresh but exciting existence.
We are personally based on the sunny south coast of England. Our office is in the heart of London. Be assured we will always make sure that you receive your prize with free delivery no matter where in the United Kingdom.
We will be notifying when our prize draws take place for each competition via our Facebook, Instagram or website. We will try to keep to you informed as early as possible to give everyone the chance to watch and see if they are our lucky winner.

We absolutely want to donate to charity and also want to personally be involved with giving back into local communities. We are hoping to build a strong fan base which will allow us in the future to really make a difference for many people.
